Dashboards
Dashboards in the OuterBox AI Observability platform provide a visual overview of your P3 AI Web Assistant's performance and usage. They offer at-a-glance insights that help you understand how customers are interacting with your assistant and how well it's performing.
What You'll Find in Dashboards
The Dashboards section displays key metrics and visualizations including:
- Usage Statistics: See how many conversations are happening with your assistant daily, weekly, or monthly
- Response Times: Monitor how quickly your assistant is responding to customer inquiries
- Popular Topics: Discover what topics or products customers are asking about most frequently
- User Satisfaction: Track feedback scores and ratings from users
- Error Rates: Identify when and where your assistant might be struggling to provide helpful responses
